Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone using this website (thekabeer.co) or our employer and employee portals, including companies raising roles ("Employers") and professionals creating a profile ("Candidates").
What Kabeer provides
The Kabeer Co is a Pakistan-based service provider that sources, screens, and matches remote professionals in Pakistan to roles raised by companies, principally in Saudi Arabia. Engagements are structured as a service agreement between Kabeer and the Employer — Kabeer is not a staffing agency renting employees, and no direct employment relationship is created between the Employer and the Candidate through use of this website.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
For Employers
- Roles and job descriptions submitted through the portal are used to source and shortlist candidates on your behalf.
- Commercial terms (pricing, invoicing, and the specifics of an engagement) are agreed separately in a signed Service Agreement, not solely through this website.
- You agree not to use information about a Candidate obtained through Kabeer to engage them directly outside of a Kabeer engagement, except as agreed in your Service Agreement.
For Candidates
- Creating a profile does not guarantee placement with any specific company or role.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your skills and experience.
- Your specific working relationship, hours, and compensation for any placement are set out in a separate Contractor Agreement with Kabeer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access another user's account or data, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
This website and its portals are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care in matching and vetting, Kabeer does not guarantee the performance, conduct, or continued availability of any Candidate or Employer, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan, where The Kabeer Co is registered, without prejudice to any separately signed Service Agreement or Contractor Agreement that may specify otherwise.
