The Kabeer Co ("Kabeer," "we," "us") connects companies in Saudi Arabia with remote professionals based in Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our employer and employee portals, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name
- Account information — email address and password (stored securely and encrypted by our database provider, never visible to us in plain text)
- Role and job description details submitted by employers
- Professional profile information submitted by candidates — area of expertise, experience, and related details
- Basic technical information such as browser type, general location, and site usage, collected through privacy-friendly analytics if enabled
How we use your information
- To match employer roles with candidate profiles
- To operate and maintain your employer or employee account
- To communicate with you about roles, applications, or your account
- To prepare the monthly reporting described on our Roles page, where relevant to an active engagement
- To improve this website and our services
Where your data is stored
Account and profile data submitted through our portals is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider, with access restricted by security rules so that companies and candidates can only see their own data. This website is hosted using Cloudflare. Neither provider is authorized to use your data for their own purposes.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. Candidate profile information is shared with a specific employer only when we are actively matching that candidate to a role with that employer. We may share information where required by law, or with service providers who help us operate the website and portals (such as our hosting and database providers), under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies
This site uses a small local preference cookie to remember whether you've dismissed our cookie notice. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to avoid setting tracking cookies where possible. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the email below. If you have an account, you can also update most of your information directly within your portal.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.
